Community Resources

Here are some agencies and resources in our community.

• Fabius Pompey Outreach – The Fabius-Pompey Outreach is a free and confidential service for residents of the Fabius-Pompey Central School District.  As a Food Pantry, we provide each family with food for three days.  Families or individuals in need visit our website for more information, or find us on facebook @fpoutreach.
• Power Packs – Power Packs partners with our community, local churches, the Fabius Pompey Outreach, and individuals to provide food on the weekends for Fabius Pompey school district children who might otherwise go hungry. Find out more.
• Meals on Wheels – Eastern Onondaga County Meals on Wheels is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to provide nutritionally balanced and delicious tasting food to people unable to prepare or provide healthy meals for themselves.  Most recipients are frail or home-bound elderly, the chronically ill, the disabled or any individual in need of the service.

• Friends In Service Here (FISH) – A great organization operating in Tully, Lafayette, Fabius, Pompey and Delphi Falls, utilizing volunteer dispatchers and drivers to take individuals to medical appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  If you want to volunteer as a driver or dispatcher please call Barb Kohberger at 315.696.8203.  What a great way to serve folks in our community!
